Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to support our digital marketing initiatives and drive growth across our digital channels. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid search and display advertising, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid search and display advertising
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including developing email content and managing email lists
- Manage social media accounts, including developing and executing social media content plans and monitoring social media activity and engagement
- Develop content for digital marketing campaigns, including website copy, blog posts, and social media posts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and technology, to ensure that digital marketing campaigns align with overall business goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and lead generation, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure that our programs remain innovative and effective
- Support the development and execution of website optimization strategies, including A/B testing, personalization, and conversion rate optimization
- Assist with the management of relationships with external vendors and partners, such as agencies and technology providers, to ensure that digital marketing programs are executed effectively and efficiently
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, such as website content management systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and paid search and display advertising platforms
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, and Google Analytics
- Understanding of website design and development principles and processes
- Experience working in an e-commerce environment is a plus
