Job Summary:

 

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving traffic, engagement, leads, and sales through the company's digital channels, including email, social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing. The ideal candidate has a passion for data-driven marketing and a track record of delivering measurable results.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including email, social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing

- Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that includes creating high-quality, engaging content for the website, email campaigns, and social media channels

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and technology, to ensure that digital marketing campaigns align with overall business goals and objectives

- Manage and optimize our website and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO), including conducting keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building

- Manage and optimize our paid search and display advertising campaigns, including developing and implementing bid strategies, ad copy, and targeting parameters

- Develop and manage our email marketing campaigns, including creating email content, managing email lists, and measuring campaign performance

- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and lead generation, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure that our programs remain innovative and effective

- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, such as agencies and technology providers, to ensure that digital marketing programs are executed effectively and efficiently

- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists and coordinators

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and initiatives

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget

- Proven experience developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms

- Expertise in website content management systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and paid search and display advertising platforms

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, and Google Analytics

- Understanding of website design and development principles and processes

- Experience managing and mentoring a team of digital marketing specialists and coordinators

- Experience working in an e-commerce environment is a plus
