Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team and help drive the development, implementation, and execution of our digital marketing strategies across all channels. The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for designing and implementing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions through digital channels, including email, social media, content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid search and display advertising. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital marketing tactics and a passion for delivering measurable results.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Develop, implement, and execute digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and goals

- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth

- Develop and manage a content marketing strategy that includes creating high-quality, engaging content for our website, blog, email campaigns, and social media channels

- Develop and execute SEO strategies, including conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and building inbound links

- Manage and optimize our paid search and display advertising campaigns, including developing and implementing bid strategies, ad copy, and targeting parameters

- Develop and manage our email marketing campaigns, including creating email content, managing email lists, and measuring campaign performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and technology, to ensure that digital marketing campaigns align with overall business goals and objectives

- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and lead generation, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure that our programs remain innovative and effective

- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, such as agencies and technology providers, to ensure that digital marketing programs are executed effectively and efficiently

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and initiatives

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget

- Proven experience developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms

- Expertise in website content management systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and paid search and display advertising platforms

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, and Google Analytics

- Understanding of website design and development principles and processes

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems

- Experience working in an e-commerce environment is a plus
