Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a Digital Media Specialist to join our team and help manage our digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, programmatic advertising, and other digital channels. The Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and revenue. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital advertising tactics and a passion for delivering measurable results.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Develop, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, programmatic advertising, and other digital channels

- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth

- Develop ad copy, creatives, and landing pages that are optimized for conversion

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and technology, to ensure that digital advertising campaigns align with overall business goals and objectives

- Manage and optimize our paid search and display advertising campaigns, including developing and implementing bid strategies, ad copy, and targeting parameters

- Develop and implement social media advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn

- Develop and implement programmatic advertising campaigns using a demand-side platform (DSP)

- Monitor and analyze digital advertising performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide regular reporting to senior leadership

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising to ensure that our programs remain innovative and effective

- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, such as agencies and technology providers, to ensure that digital advertising programs are executed effectively and efficiently

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising or a related field

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and initiatives

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget

- Proven experience developing and executing successful digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels and platforms

- Expertise in social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads

- Proficiency in programmatic advertising platforms, such as Google Marketing Platform and Adobe Advertising Cloud

- Understanding of website design and development principles and processes

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
