Title: Diversity Recruiter

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Diversity Recruiter to join our HR team. The Diversity Recruiter will be responsible for developing and implementing diversity recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent from diverse backgrounds. This individual should be highly motivated, knowledgeable about diversity and inclusion best practices, and have a proven track record of successfully recruiting diverse candidates.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement diversity recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent from diverse backgrounds.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles that attract diverse candidates.

- Use a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract top diverse talent, including networking, referrals, social media, and job boards.

- Work with the HR team to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives that support recruitment efforts.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and metrics related to diversity recruitment.

- Stay up-to-date with diversity and inclusion trends and best practices, making recommendations for process improvements.

- Other HR-related tasks as assigned.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in diversity recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling positions with diverse candidates.

- Strong knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices, including sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees and other stakeholders.

- Highly motivated and driven with a passion for diversity recruitment.

- Familiarity with recruitment software and other HR technology.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives.

- Familiarity with social media and other online recruiting tools.

- Experience recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple industries.
