Job Title: Duty Manager

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Duty Manager to join our team. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensuring excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

 

Responsibilities:

 

     Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization

     Ensure excellent customer service by interacting with customers and addressing their concerns and needs

     Manage and lead a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management

     Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations

     Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

     Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance and make recommendations for improvement

     Maintain a safe and secure working environment for employees and customers

     Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

     Manage inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment

     Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and relevant laws and regulations

 

Qualifications:

 

     Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred

     Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role

     Strong leadership and management skills

     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

     Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

     Knowledge of financial and operational management principles

     Familiarity with customer service principles and practices

     Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
