Job Title: Duty Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Duty Manager to join our team. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensuring excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
● Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization
● Ensure excellent customer service by interacting with customers and addressing their concerns and needs
● Manage and lead a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
● Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
● Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
● Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance and make recommendations for improvement
● Maintain a safe and secure working environment for employees and customers
● Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
● Manage inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment
● Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and relevant laws and regulations
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
● Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role
● Strong leadership and management skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
● Knowledge of financial and operational management principles
● Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
● Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
