Title: Electrician

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience working as an electrician, and be knowledgeable in electrical codes and safety procedures. The Electrician should also be able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics and be able to troubleshoot electrical problems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

●     Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment

●     Follow electrical codes and safety procedures to ensure that all work is performed safely and efficiently

●     Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout and configuration of electrical systems

●     Troubleshoot electrical problems using a variety of testing devices

●     Communicate regularly with supervisors and other team members to ensure that work is progressing as planned

●     Participate in training and development activities to improve skills and knowledge

●     Perform other related duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

 

●     High school diploma or equivalent

●     Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an electrician

●     Knowledge of electrical codes and safety procedures

●     Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

●     Familiarity with a variety of electrical systems and equipment

●     Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems using a variety of testing devices

●     Good communication skills

●     Strong organizational and time management skills

●     Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

●     Valid electrician's license or certification preferred

 

Physical Demands:

The Electrician may be required to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time, climb ladders or stairs, and lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.

 

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
