Job Title: Engineering Manager

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of engineering projects, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest quality standards. The Engineering Manager will also be responsible for managing and mentoring team members and providing technical guidance and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities:

 

●     Oversee the development and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

●     Manage project timelines and budgets, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed

●     Work closely with other department managers and stakeholders to identify project requirements, and provide technical guidance and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders

●     Manage and mentor team members, and provide guidance and feedback to support their professional growth and development

●     Collaborate with other managers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, and to develop and implement new tools and techniques for project management and engineering design

●     Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in engineering, and make recommendations for new tools and techniques as needed

●     Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and other collaborative activities to ensure the successful development and implementation of engineering projects

 

Requirements:

 

●     Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (required), Master's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)

●     Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on project management and leadership

●     Strong proficiency in project management software, such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello

●     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify solutions to engineering challenges

●     Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to project teams and stakeholders

●     Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and to adapt quickly to changing situations

●     Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of the job, and to promoting a safe and inclusive work environment.
