Job Title: Executive Recruiter

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Recruiter to join our team. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-level executives for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of executive search and recruitment, as well as a strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive executive search strategies to identify, attract, and hire top-level executives

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, industry contacts, and other key stakeholders

- Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and fit for the position

- Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation

- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand business objectives and identify key skills and qualifications required for executive-level positions

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and best practices in executive search and recruitment

- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including coaching on interviewing and selection techniques

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field

- 7+ years of experience in executive search and recruitment

- Strong understanding of executive-level positions and the skills and qualifications required for success

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, industry contacts, and other key stakeholders

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
