Job Title: Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative


Job Summary:

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with customers by selling products and services in person. You will work remotely, visiting clients in their offices or places of business to make sales and meet revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business through prospecting and networking.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

- Travel to customer sites to make sales and build relationships.

- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to customers.

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitors.

- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other materials to customers.

- Participate in sales meetings and training programs.

- Work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services.

- Manage customer information in the company's CRM system.



- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales or a related role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Ability to work independently and remotely, with excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of the relevant industry and market trends.

- Experience with CRM tools and software is a plus.

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
