We are seeking a skilled and experienced Film Director to join our team. The Film Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of film production, including pre-production, production, and post-production. Responsibilities:

 

- Develop and pitch ideas for film projects.

- Work with screenwriters and scriptwriters to develop and refine scripts.

- Collaborate with the production team to develop production schedules and budgets.

- Hire and manage the cast and crew.

- Direct the actors and oversee all aspects of production, including camera work, lighting, sound, and art direction.

- Ensure that the film is shot and edited to the highest possible standards.

- Work with the post-production team to ensure that the film is properly edited, scored, and mixed.

- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies for the film.

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven work experience as a Film Director or a similar role.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Strong passion for filmmaking and a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to manage a team of creatives and work collaboratively.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
