Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled Finance Officer to join our team. The Finance Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, and will be able to work independently and in a team environment.




• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis

• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement to the Finance Manager

• Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts

• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available for day-to-day operations

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

• Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory filings

• Liaise with external auditors and assist with the annual audit process

• Provide financial information and support to other departments as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager




• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role

• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Sage

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
