Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team. The Financial Manager will be responsible for managing financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting

• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports

• Develop and manage financial budgets and forecasts

• Perform financial analysis to identify trends and variances and provide recommendations to management

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial planning and analysis

• Manage the company's financial risk and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

• Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions

• Manage the accounting team and provide leadership and guidance to ensure high performance and professional development

• Provide financial recommendations to senior management to support decision-making

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management

• Perform other duties as assigned by the CFO

 

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• CPA or CMA certification preferred

• Proven work experience as a Financial Manager or similar role

• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
