Job Summary:


We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Financial Specialist to join our team. The Financial Specialist will be responsible for providing financial analysis, reporting, and support to management. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.




• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

• Develop financial models and forecasts to support decision-making

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial planning and analysis

• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting

• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis

• Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and external stakeholders

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor




• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Proven work experience as a Financial Specialist or similar role

• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, and planning principles and practices

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software

• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
