Job Overview:
We are seeking friendly and professional Flight Attendants to join our team and ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers during their flight. The Flight Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and security of passengers, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the aircraft. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
• Greet passengers as they board the aircraft and assist with their carry-on luggage
• Conduct safety demonstrations and provide instructions to passengers on safety and emergency procedures
• Monitor the cabin during the flight, including checking seat belts, serving refreshments, and responding to passenger requests
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew by following all safety protocols and regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, including addressing any concerns or issues they may have
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cabin, including preparing and restocking refreshments and supplies
• Prepare the cabin for takeoff and landing, including securing all loose items and ensuring all passengers are seated properly
• Communicate effectively with the flight deck crew and other members of the cabin crew
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Inflight Supervisor or Captain
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Flight Attendant or in a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional experiences for passengers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as necessary
• FAA certification required
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
