Job Title: Front Office Manager




We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and reception area. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and proven leadership abilities. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for managing the front desk staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area, and providing a high level of service to our customers.


Key Responsibilities:


     Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring that all guests are welcomed and assisted in a professional and friendly manner.

     Supervise the front desk staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

     Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products and services in order to provide accurate information to customers.

     Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

     Monitor and manage the scheduling of appointments, ensuring that our customers are seen in a timely manner.

     Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available.

     Train new front desk staff, providing them with the tools and resources they need to be successful.

     Develop and implement front desk policies and procedures, ensuring that they are followed by all staff.

     Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior management, providing updates on front desk activity and performance.




     Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role.

     Excellent communication and customer service skills.

     Strong leadership and team management abilities.

     Knowledge of office management software, including MS Office and CRM systems.

     High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.

     Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.

     Ability to maintain a professional demeanour in a fast-paced environment.
