Title: Full Cycle Recruiter


Job Summary:

We are seeking a Full Cycle Recruiter to join our HR team. The Full Cycle Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This individual should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire recruitment process for assigned positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles.

- Use a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent, including networking, referrals, social media, and job boards.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and metrics.

- Coordinate candidate interviews and assessments, working with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

- Manage the job offer process, including negotiating compensation and benefits.

- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition to the company.

- Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices, making recommendations for process improvements.

- Other HR-related tasks as assigned.



- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling positions across various industries.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees and other stakeholders.

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

- Familiarity with recruitment software and other HR technology.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience managing recruitment for multiple positions simultaneously.

- Familiarity with social media and other online recruiting tools.

- Experience with diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives.
