We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fundraiser to join our team. • Develop and maintain donor databases and tracking systems

• Plan and execute fundraising events, including soliciting sponsorships and coordinating logistics

• Write and prepare grant proposals and reports

• Develop and implement donor stewardship strategies, including regular communication and acknowledgement of gifts

• Conduct research on potential funding sources and opportunities

• Monitor and report on fundraising progress and performance

• Collaborate with other staff members and volunteers to ensure fundraising efforts are aligned with organizational goals and priorities

• Stay up-to-date with fundraising best practices and trends

 

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, marketing, or a related field

• At least 3-5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, with a proven track record of success in meeting fundraising goals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders

• Excellent writing and grant proposal preparation skills

• Experience with donor management and tracking software

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Knowledge of fundraising best practices and trends

• Experience in event planning and execution

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
