Job Summary:

 

We are looking for friendly and welcoming individuals to join our team as Greeters. As a Greeter, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, providing them with information, directing them to the appropriate area, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

- Greet customers as they enter the establishment or area and provide them with a warm welcome.

- Provide information to customers about the establishment or area, including directions, hours of operation, and services provided.

- Direct customers to the appropriate area or department.

- Maintain a clean and organized lobby or waiting area.

- Answer phone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual.

- Assist with administrative duties, including data entry and filing.

- Monitor and manage the visitor log.

- Follow all company policies and procedures.

 

Requirements:

 

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.

- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Friendly and welcoming demeanor.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
