Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing department and drive growth for our organization. Responsibilities:

 

- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business goals, enhance our brand, and generate revenue

- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and customer service teams

- Develop and manage marketing budgets and track ROI for marketing campaigns

- Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and events

- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and market differentiation

- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and key influencers to increase brand visibility and credibility

- Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion

- Manage and maintain the company's brand identity across all marketing channels

- Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results

- Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing effective marketing strategies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform marketing decisions and track ROI

- Experience with digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising

- Knowledge of branding, positioning, and messaging best practices

- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
