Job Title: Headhunter

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Headhunter to join our talent acquisition team. The Headhunter will be responsible for identifying and engaging with top talent across a variety of industries and positions, using a variety of sourcing methods and tools. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for identifying and recruiting the best candidates.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage with top talent across a variety of industries and positions

- Use a variety of sourcing methods and tools, such as networking events, social media platforms, and databases, to identify and engage with qualified candidates

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external partners, such as recruitment agencies and industry associations

- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop customized sourcing strategies

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment, including EEO and affirmative action requirements

- Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives as assigned

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on headhunting or executive search

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and external partners

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines

- Knowledge of headhunting and executive search best practices, policies, and procedures

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is preferred
