Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Healthcare Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing healthcare data, preparing reports, and presenting findings to management to support informed business decisions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of healthcare data, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools.




     Collect, validate, and analyze large healthcare datasets using SQL and other data analytics tools.

     Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical models to analyze healthcare data.

     Create and maintain reports and dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs) using business intelligence (BI) tools.

     Interpret and communicate results of analysis to management, stakeholders, and non-technical users in a clear and concise manner.

     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights to support business decisions and strategies.

     Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy of data analysis.

     Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and healthcare regulations that impact data analysis and reporting.




     Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

     3+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis, business intelligence, or data management.

     Advanced proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and statistical analysis tools.

     Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and draw actionable insights.

     Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

     Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

     Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.


Preferred Qualifications:


     Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

     Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

     Experience working with healthcare claims data, patient demographics, and clinical data.

     Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.

     Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
