Title: Hiring Specialist


Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Hiring Specialist to join our team. The Hiring Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing the offer process. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.

- Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and define recruitment strategies.

- Post job ads on various job boards and social media platforms.

- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.

- Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and preparation of offer letters.

- Conduct reference checks and background checks as needed.

- Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate sources.

- Manage the candidate database and maintain accurate records.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.



- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and strategies.

- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in HR or SHRM.

- Experience in a global organization.

- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.

- Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
