Job Summary:


The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and ensuring that the hotel meets financial targets. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in hotel management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.




- Manage and supervise hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage staff

- Ensure all staff are trained to deliver exceptional customer service to guests

- Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue

- Develop and manage budgets, including monitoring expenses and revenue to ensure financial targets are met

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and packages to attract new customers and retain existing ones

- Monitor and respond to customer feedback, including online reviews, to ensure customer satisfaction

- Ensure the hotel is compliant with all local and national regulations, including health and safety regulations

- Work with the hotel owner or management company to ensure the hotel is well-maintained and updated

- Ensure that all hotel operations are in compliance with the hotel's policies and procedures

- Participate in regular meetings with the hotel owner or management company to review financial and operational performance




- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
