We are looking for an experienced and skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coordinating housekeeping activities in our establishment. Responsibilities:

 

• Manage and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure that all cleaning activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.

 

• Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards to ensure that housekeeping activities meet established quality standards.

 

• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure that cleaning and maintenance standards are met.

 

• Train housekeeping staff in the use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.

 

• Coordinate the stocking and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment.

 

• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, and order supplies as necessary.

 

• Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.

 

• Ensure that all cleaning activities are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

 

• Develop and implement schedules and work plans to ensure that housekeeping activities are carried out efficiently.

 

• Oversee the preparation of reports and records on housekeeping activities.

 

Requirements:

 

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

 

• Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role.

 

• Excellent knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning techniques.

 

• Strong organizational and management skills.

 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

 

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

 

• Strong attention to detail.

 

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
