Title: HR & Admin Officer

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer to manage our HR and administrative functions. The HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for managing employee records, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and general administrative tasks. This individual will also provide support to the HR Manager and other stakeholders as needed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the employee records, including maintenance of HR files and data accuracy.

- Conduct recruitment activities, such as job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and reference checks.

- Coordinate the onboarding process, including new employee orientation, paperwork completion, and orientation activities.

- Manage the benefits administration process, including employee enrollment, vendor management, and compliance.

- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.

- Provide support to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits, leave, and policies.

- Manage general administrative tasks, such as office supplies, mail distribution, and vendor management.

- Maintain compliance with all applicable HR laws, regulations, and policies.

- Provide support to the HR Manager and other stakeholders as needed.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in HR and administrative functions.

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices.

- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

- Experience with HRIS systems and general administrative tasks.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in HR or SHRM.

- Experience in a global organization.

- Experience with HR process automation and optimization.

- Experience with change management and project management.
