Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. The HR Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to prioritize multiple tasks, and be comfortable working with confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and processing new hire paperwork
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting new hire orientation and exit interviews
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support to HR team as needed
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment and changes
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement programs
- Process HR-related paperwork, such as new hire forms, employment agreements, and separation documents
- Maintain HR-related files and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Perform general administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and ordering office supplies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in HR
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus
