Job Title: HR Administrator

 

Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to prioritize multiple tasks, and be comfortable working with confidential information.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and processing new hire paperwork

- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date

- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting new hire orientation and exit interviews

- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support to HR team as needed

- Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment and changes

- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement programs

- Process HR-related paperwork, such as new hire forms, employment agreements, and separation documents

- Maintain HR-related files and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization

- Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information

- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus
