Job Title: HR Advisor

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide advice and support to our HR team and employees. The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations issues, and facilitating employee training and development. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of HR best practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance and support to HR team and employees on HR policies and procedures, including employee relations issues, performance management, and compliance with laws and regulations

- Facilitate employee training and development programs, including onboarding, performance management, and career development

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, in collaboration with HR leadership

- Conduct investigations and provide guidance on employee relations issues, such as grievances, complaints, and disciplinary actions

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions

- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviewing, and reference checks

- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement HR-related projects and initiatives

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 3-5 years of experience in HR advisory or generalist role

- Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

- Experience with HRIS systems is preferred

- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
