Title: HR Analyst

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our team. The HR Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing HR-related data to support HR decision-making and strategy development. This individual will work closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to identify and assess HR metrics, trends, and insights to improve the organization's workforce performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyze, and report HR data, such as turnover rates, headcount, and employee engagement survey results.

- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and presentations to support HR decision-making and strategy development.

- Collaborate with HR team members and other stakeholders to identify and assess HR metrics, trends, and insights.

- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and practices based on data analysis.

- Conduct research and benchmarking to support HR best practices and emerging trends.

- Develop and maintain HR-related policies and procedures.

- Provide support to HR projects and initiatives as needed.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in HR data analysis.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.

- Proficient in data visualization and presentation tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.

- Knowledge of HR processes and data, such as compensation, benefits, performance management, and recruitment.

- Knowledge of HRIS systems, such as Workday, ADP, or SAP.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.

- Certification in HR analytics or data analysis.

- Experience with predictive modeling and statistical analysis.

- Experience with survey design and analysis.

- Experience in a global organization.
