Job Overview:


We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. The HR Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Manager and assisting with various HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.


• Conduct reference checks and background screenings.


• Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and creating employee files.


• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.


• Assist with employee relations, including answering employee questions and escalating issues to the HR Manager as necessary.


• Manage employee data in the HRIS system, including updating employee records and running reports.


• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments and changes.


• Maintain HR files and documents, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.


• Assist with HR projects as needed.




• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.


• 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role.


• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Ability to maintain confidentiality.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office.


• Experience with HRIS systems preferred.


• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
