Job Title: HR Business Partner

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to the business by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and driving the overall HR strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions and be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a strategic partner to the business by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and driving the overall HR strategy

- Collaborate with business leaders to identify HR needs and develop and implement solutions to address those needs

- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent

- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

- Facilitate employee relations issues and investigations, providing guidance and coaching to managers as needed

- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and develop and deliver training programs

- Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations to improve HR programs and initiatives

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field

- 5-7 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role

- Strong understanding of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and benefits

- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze HR data and make recommendations for improvement

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
