Job Title: HR Executive

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team and oversee our HR operations. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of HR best practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with laws and regulations

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, in collaboration with HR leadership

- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, including employee relations issues, performance management, and compliance with laws and regulations

- Develop and deliver training programs on HR policies and procedures, including onboarding, performance management, and career development

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including EEO and affirmative action requirements

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions

- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement HR-related projects and initiatives

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 5-7 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance

- Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

- Experience with HRIS systems is preferred

- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
