Job Title: HR Onboarding Manager

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Onboarding Manager to join our team and lead our onboarding process. The HR Onboarding Manager will be responsible for ensuring that new hires have a positive and successful onboarding experience, including orientation, training, and integration into the organization. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of onboarding best practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement an effective onboarding program, including orientation, training, and integration into the organization

- Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to ensure that new hires have a seamless onboarding experience

- Develop and deliver training programs for new hires, including onboarding orientation, job-specific training, and leadership development

- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure that onboarding programs align with organizational goals and objectives

- Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of the onboarding program, and continuously improve the program based on feedback and data

- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers related to onboarding, such as background check and drug screening services

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to onboarding, including EEO and affirmative action requirements

- Stay up-to-date on best practices in onboarding and recommend changes and improvements to the program as needed

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on onboarding, training, and development

- Excellent knowledge of onboarding best practices, policies, and procedures

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

- Experience with HRIS systems is preferred

- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
