Job Title: HR Operations Manager

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead our HR operations team in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems that align with the company's goals and values. The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions related to operations, including HRIS administration, benefits administration, compliance, and HR process improvement. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented and process-driven professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems that support the company's goals and values

- Oversee the administration of HR systems, including HRIS, benefits administration, and compliance

- Manage HR data analytics and reporting, including generating HR-related metrics and preparing reports for senior management

- Collaborate with other HR teams and stakeholders to ensure HR policies and practices are consistently applied across the organization

- Develop and implement HR process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness

- Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations

- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including HR policies, procedures, and compliance

- Manage HR projects and initiatives as assigned

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 7+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years of experience in a management role

- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and systems

- Demonstrated experience in HR process improvement and project management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) is preferred

- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite is required
