Job Title: HR Recruiter

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and support our recruitment efforts. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from start to finish. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and attract top talent through various channels, such as job postings, social media, and networking

- Screen resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications

- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications

- Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including job postings, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending offers

- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other recruiting sources

- Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to develop job descriptions and selection criteria

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including EEO and affirmative action requirements

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and attracting top talent

- Excellent knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies, including use of social media and other digital channels

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software is preferred

- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
