Title: HRIS Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Administrator to join our team. The HRIS Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining our human resources information system (HRIS) to ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting. This individual will work closely with the HR team to ensure the HRIS is fully optimized to support the organization's HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the HRIS, including but not limited to data entry, data auditing, system updates, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure the HRIS is fully optimized to support HR processes, such as onboarding, performance management, and compensation.
- Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc HRIS reports to support HR decision-making.
- Provide training and support to HR team members and employees on how to use the HRIS.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality in the HRIS.
- Stay up-to-date on HRIS best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and data.
- Experience with HRIS systems, such as Workday, ADP, or SAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with report writing and data visualization tools.
- Experience with HR process design and optimization.
- Experience with project management.
- Experience in a global organization.
