Title: HRIS Analyst


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to join our HR team. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, and providing analytical support to the HR team. This individual will work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure that our HRIS supports our HR and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the HRIS database, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.

- Develop and implement HRIS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Provide training and support to HR staff and managers on HRIS functionality and capabilities.

- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR analytics and decision-making.

- Develop and maintain system integrations with other HR-related applications and tools.

- Partner with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues and implement system enhancements.

- Support HR team with data analysis and reporting for various HR processes and initiatives.



- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in HRIS administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle, including system configuration and reporting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.

- Knowledge of HR processes and practices, including recruitment, benefits, payroll, and compliance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of stakeholders.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:

- HR certification such as PHR or SPHR.

- Experience with system integrations and middleware platforms.

- Experience with HR analytics and reporting tools.

- Advanced degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
