Title: HRIS Manager


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to join our team. The HRIS Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our human resources information system (HRIS). The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of HRIS and HR processes, strong project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the HRIS roadmap and ensure alignment with the company's HR strategy.

- Manage the HRIS team and provide guidance on system design, configuration, and integration.

- Oversee the implementation of new HRIS modules and upgrades.

- Develop and maintain HRIS policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and system security.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and data retention policies.

- Provide training and support to HR users and other stakeholders on HRIS features and functionality.

- Monitor HRIS metrics and develop reports to track system usage, data accuracy, and system performance.

- Work collaboratively with IT and other departments to ensure HRIS integration with other systems.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HRIS.



- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in HRIS management.

- Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, including Workday, Oracle, or SAP.

- Experience with HRIS implementation and project management.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in HR or HRIS.

- Experience in a global organization.

- Experience with HRIS integrations.

- Experience with data analytics and reporting.
