Job Title: HVAC Technician


Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team and provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and be able to work independently to diagnose and resolve technical issues.




     Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation systems

     Diagnose technical issues and provide appropriate solutions or workarounds

     Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency

     Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems, including motors, fans, and thermostats

     Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations related to HVAC systems and refrigerant handling

     Collaborate with other departments and teams to resolve technical issues

     Maintain accurate records of service calls and work performed in a service management system

     Provide recommendations for system upgrades and improvements based on customer needs and industry trends

     Follow all safety procedures and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)




     High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or apprenticeship program in HVAC systems preferred

     Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician

     Strong technical knowledge and expertise in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair

     Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams

     Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions

     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders

     Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

     Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including climbing ladders and lifting heavy equipment
