Job Title: Industrial Engineer


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team. The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and improving industrial processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain management, and a passion for improving processes.




     Analyze and optimize industrial processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality

     Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process changes

     Develop and implement process improvements, including standardizing processes, improving the layout, and implementing automation

     Design and implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes and reduce waste

     Develop and maintain metrics to measure process performance and identify areas for improvement

     Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain, to develop and implement process improvements

     Develop and maintain documentation of process improvements and procedures

     Train employees on new processes and procedures




     Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (required), Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred)

     Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on process improvement and optimization

     Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques

     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement

     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

     Experience with process simulation software, such as Arena or Simio, and statistical analysis tools, such as Minitab or JMP

     Familiarity with manufacturing processes and logistics/supply chain management

     Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
