Title: Industrial-Organizational Psychologist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial-Organizational Psychologist to join our team. As an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist, you will be responsible for using your knowledge of psychology and business to help organizations improve their processes, management systems, and employee productivity. You will design and conduct research studies, provide consultation on employee selection and training, develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, and provide guidance on organizational change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct research studies to evaluate organizational processes, employee performance, and other relevant topics.
- Develop and implement employee selection and training programs.
- Develop and administer employee surveys to assess employee satisfaction, engagement, and organizational culture.
- Provide consultation on organizational development, change management, and leadership development.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations to management based on research findings.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the HR and management teams to develop and implement strategies to improve employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational research, employee selection, and training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and research skills, including expertise in quantitative research methods and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with project management and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations to various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Experience with program evaluation and assessment.
- Proficiency in statistical software programs such as SPSS, SAS, or R.
- Experience with talent management software and assessment tools.
