Job Title: Inside Sales Manager

 

Job Summary:

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of inside sales representatives and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and team management. You will work closely with other departments to ensure the sales team is aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Hire, train, and manage a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals.

- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and training to team members to improve performance.

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer success, to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.

- Monitor market and industry trends and provide input into product development and pricing strategies.

- Utilize sales tools and technologies to manage team performance and optimize sales processes.

- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management and participate in sales meetings and planning sessions.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations governing sales operations.

- Manage customer information in the company's CRM system.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales or a related role, with at least 2 years of experience in a management or leadership position.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, team members, and senior management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational and financial issues.

- Knowledge of the relevant industry and market trends, as well as applicable laws and regulations governing sales operations.

- Experience with sales tools and technologies, such as CRM software and sales automation tools.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
