Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Broker to join our team. The Insurance Broker will be responsible for selling insurance policies to individuals and businesses, providing advice on coverage options and premiums, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The successful candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of insurance products and regulations.




• Develop and maintain relationships with clients

• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable insurance policies

• Explain coverage, benefits, and premiums to clients

• Negotiate and finalize insurance contracts

• Prepare and process insurance applications and documentation

• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities

• Keep up-to-date with changes in insurance regulations and products

• Collaborate with insurance underwriters to secure coverage for clients

• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor




• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

• Proven work experience as an Insurance Broker or similar role

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

• Knowledge of insurance products and regulations

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and processing

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
