Job Title: Intake Coordinator


Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized and compassionate Intake Coordinator to join our team and manage the intake process for new clients. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively with clients and team members and have strong organizational and administrative skills.




     Manage the intake process for new clients, including gathering information and scheduling appointments

     Communicate with clients to obtain necessary information and provide instructions for the intake process

     Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure that clients receive appropriate care and services

     Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

     Monitor and track client progress and follow up with clients as needed

     Provide information about our services and programs to potential clients and their families

     Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations related to client intake and confidentiality

     Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve processes and procedures

     Perform other related duties as assigned




     High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field preferred

     Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or social services setting

     Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders

     Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

     Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation preferred

     Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software

     Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

     Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed to meet client needs
