Job Title: Internal Recruiter

 

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our team. The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for all internal job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle for all internal job openings, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities

- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards, as necessary

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization

- Use social media, job boards, and other tools to source candidates and build candidate pipelines

- Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the requirements of the position and the company culture

- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role and the company culture

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and candidates

- Manage the offer process, including negotiating compensation packages and extending job offers

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment, including EEO and affirmative action requirements

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an internal recruitment role

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and applicable laws and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

- Experience with recruitment tools and software is preferred
