Job Title: Inventory Clerk


Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team and manage our inventory levels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, and be able to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our inventory.




     Receive and verify shipments of products and supplies

     Label and organize products and supplies in appropriate storage locations

     Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using inventory management software

     Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies

     Collaborate with other departments to track inventory levels and forecast inventory needs

     Monitor inventory levels and place orders for new products and supplies as needed

     Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations related to inventory management and control

     Assist with the preparation and execution of physical inventory counts

     Perform other related duties as assigned




     High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred

     Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or related field

     Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and other stakeholders

     Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office

     Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in inventory records

     Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

     Familiarity with inventory management best practices and procedures

     Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

     Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed to meet inventory demands
