Job Purpose:


The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT operations of the company. This position requires a highly experienced IT professional with the ability to lead, plan, and coordinate the activities of the IT team. The IT Manager must ensure the availability, security, and performance of the company's information systems and technology infrastructure, as well as develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's goals.


Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee the daily operations of the IT department and manage the team of IT professionals.

• Develop and implement IT strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

• Ensure the availability, security, and performance of the company's information systems and technology infrastructure.

• Collaborate with other departments to identify and solve IT-related problems and implement new technologies.

• Evaluate and recommend software and hardware solutions to improve IT infrastructure and performance.

• Manage the IT budget, including hardware and software procurement and maintenance contracts.

• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, such as data protection and privacy laws.

• Manage vendor relationships and contracts.

• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and new technologies in the IT industry.




• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.

• Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.

• Experience in managing and developing IT teams.

• Knowledge of IT security and risk management.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience in budget management.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues.
