Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues for our internal and external clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

●     Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

●     Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve technical problems.

●     Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.

●     Install and configure software applications, updates, and patches.

●     Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, system updates, and security patches.

●     Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

●     Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.

●     Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.

●     Work with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.

●     Provide training and support to end-users on hardware and software systems.

●     Document and maintain technical procedures and user manuals.

●     Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.

 

Qualifications:

 

●     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
