Job Title: Life Coach

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Life Coach to help our clients achieve their personal and professional goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to empathize with others, and a passion for helping people achieve their full potential.

 

Responsibilities:

 

     Work with clients to identify their goals, strengths, and challenges

     Develop personalized plans and strategies to help clients achieve their goals

     Provide guidance, support, and encouragement to help clients stay motivated and accountable

     Help clients identify and overcome obstacles that may be preventing them from reaching their full potential

     Use various coaching techniques and tools to help clients develop new skills and behaviours

     Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, and adjust coaching strategies as needed

     Maintain accurate records of clients' progress and sessions

     Attend training and workshops to stay up-to-date on the latest coaching techniques and tools

     Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, such as therapists and psychiatrists, to provide holistic care to clients

     Adhere to ethical guidelines and principles of coaching

 

Qualifications:

 

     Bachelor's degree in psychology, counselling, social work, or related field required; master's degree preferred

     Certification in life coaching or related field preferred

     Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in coaching or related field

     Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds

     Empathetic and non-judgmental approach to coaching

     Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy

     Strong organizational and time management skills

     Ability to work independently and as part of a team

     Familiarity with various coaching techniques and tools, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy and motivational interviewing

     Knowledge of mental health conditions and their impact on client's lives
